Family Cruise

It seemed like I waited all year for this cruise and now its over.  We had a total of 25 people, family and friends that came on this cruise. The cruise was 8 days and we had 4 stops. St Mararten-Siant Kitts-San Juan Puerto Rico and Grand Turks.

Our group consisted of Sylvia (my mom), Leanette, Karen and Anthony, Tracy, Candace, Sherri and Antoine, Mike and Patrice (me),Gregory, Eddie, Jakeisha, Da'Von, Donovan, Violet, Desaray, David, Miciah, Micheala, James, June, Mike, Bobby, Tiffany, Kim.

The entire gang minus two Eddie and James. Sorry guys. We clean up pretty good.

Well we all did different things and came to dinner to share our experiences. There was so much to do and to see.

A few of us did the zip-line and had a ball. Here are a few pictures.

While in St Maarten one of our stops took us to an in-door carousel it was fun. Even my mom go on it.

So much to see, so much to do.

The caves were a sight. I was just glad that my pictures came out being that it was such low light.

Here a a few more pictures of the group.

I have so many more pictures but I have to end this.
More to come. The Video is on YOUTUBE with more pictures and video of the cruise.

New items for Voyager

This seems like a long winter. I am so tired of being in this house.
I have planned most of our summer adventures so far. We will hit the road in late April.
I have made a few new purchases for the camper and can not wait until I can get into Voyager.
We have a EMS-PT surge protector, two absorbent drying towels, a cute decal for the truck window, and a few other smaller items for the camper.

This is where I want to be and need to be. Summer get here soon, or I will have to start winter camping.

                                          The Surge protector.
                                    The absorbent drying towel.

Safety cones that collapse, easy to store.

The new decal for the truck window.
Cake carrier that I will use to hold paper plates.
Can not wait to get back to doing more of this.

More adventures to come soon. Follow us on INSTAGRAM at 1Airstream.

Storage solutions

This is a short video on how we use clever ideas to organize our Airstream. We do not full time but we camp every chance we can.

My Camping blues

As Michael and I started out on our road trip this summer our goal was to visit as many states as we could. We ended up in just two states. The two states had so much to offer that we fell in love with them.  Its funny how things just seem to work out. Being in those states was just what we needed. We found that with the passing of each day we wanted to slow time, and just take in every moment.

I tried to journal every day to capture the moments as they occurred. This I hope will get me through the winter months here in Michigan. To some this seems so silly, but for me I get sad when the camping season ends.     (The journal of course)⇓

Voyager is not in tiny home yet it is at the dealer in Grand Rapids getting some warranty work done. Nothing serious just minor stuff.  This is Voyagers tiny home.
I have started planning our trips for next year. So far I have not booked any camp sites but I will soon. For now I will come up with fun thing to do over the bleak winter months.
Well more to come.
