She caught one!!!!

Well I've decided that I like this camp ground again, (along as I do not have to use their restroom). We got this spot at the last minute and it was great. Site 221. It pretty large. Other campers were walking by saying they will reserve that spot next time we scored a good one.
We have a water site and it was just picture perfect. Its funny how a site will make you change your mind about a campground.

I took my sister and her friend camping for her birthday. (Leanette and Jimmy). We had a ball. So relaxing.
 My sister was able to fish right behind the camper. She caught 9 fish, I only caught 2. I wish I would have brought my fishing rod.

The camper next to me gave us a great tip on a good pizza place that delivered. Of course we had to try it, why not have who says you have to cook. I kind of enjoyed have a pizza delivered to my site.

We spent the weekend playing games and having good conversation. That is my kind of camping.

We could not have asked for better weather it rained for a brief moment in the am on Saturday. By the time we were finished with breakfast there was only a trace of rain.
Just look at this great site.

The first night we arrived it was so humid that we did not have a fire. We just sat by the lake hoping for some wind. The next night was much better.

Go Karts S'mores and more

Well another camping adventure with the nieces and nephews. I call it an adventure because we took my 7 year old nephew for the first time, and well lets just say there was never a dull moment. The young men slept in a tent and the girls and Amari slept in the camper. Trelon came this time. He was a big help he kept the kids busy and entertained. Thank you Trelon.

Now about Amari: First: no one told me he never stops talking. The only time he was quiet was when he was sleeping. Second: He is a night owl, I had to make him go to bed. Now don't get me wrong I enjoyed him but what can I say.

On Saturday we took the kids to the go-karts track, miniature golf, batting cages, arcade and ice cream shop. This is located on mile down from where we camp. Its located at a camp-ground. We have camped there in the past it just too close to the train tracks for me and its kind of pricey.
The kids enjoyed themselves, the prices just seems to go up every year.

We rode the go-karts it started out good then well lets just say Amari does not understand what the brake is.  Phillip, David, Micheala, and Miciah were driving like they were on a real road.

Nicky and Antoine went camping with us they had the site next to us. Its always nice when your neighbor is someone you like. They brought their daughter and her cousin.

          Everyone took their turn at the batting cage before we headed out for dinner.

Well after dinner the kids made s'mores and we watched the sun set it was a such a beautiful night.
